Big Fish Audio
Expensive commercial products include London Orchestra Percussion contains 2.5 GB of orchestra percussion, sampled in an orchestra hall and their PlugSound series that contains samples of drums, synths, and more.

Bitheadz
They sell lots of drum loop libraries specifically for use with their Phrazer software. Creators of Retro and Unity software as well. As of January, 2006, this site was down.

BreakBeatsOnly.com
Commercial site offering various levels of memberships that give you access to over 2000 royalty-free breakbeat drum loops. Check the site for free drum loop samples.

Loopasonic
Large archive of free drum and percussion loops created by Mambo Del Gardo. All in WAV format.

LoopGalaxy

Phat Drum Loops
